My name is Greg Agri and I've been working with computers since 1995. My first computer had dial-up internet. Over the years I've tweaked numerous name brand computers, built a water cooled computer, and built several gaming computers. I founded Hardware Guys Inc. on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii, in 2006, where I strive to provide excellent customer service and provide Kauai with hard drives, memory, video cards, etc. locally.

After 3 ½ years working from home in Kapaa, Hawaii, Hardware Guys Inc. moved to a retail location in the Lihue Town Center in May 2009. Hardware Guys Inc. is located directly across the street from McDonald's at 3-3122 Kuhio Hwy. Suite A8, Lihue, HI 96766.

I was born and raised in New Hampshire where I met Robin. I thought she was the most beautiful girl in the world. I worked up the nerve to ask her out, she accepted, and we’ve been together ever since. In 1998, we moved to Sacramento, California. When my mother Kathy moved to the garden island of Kauai in 2005, we moved as well. Robin and I married August 2006. Together, we have two dogs Abbey, a purebred black Labrador retriever, and Maile, a chocolate Labrador retriever, golden retriever, and hound dog mix with a touch of bunny rabbit (she jumps like a bunny).

Upon moving to Kauai in 2005 I discovered the lack of computer repair on the island. Furthermore, there are very few options of having computer parts available locally and most parts need to be ordered via the internet and at least a one to two week wait. Being the computer guy I am, the need to having parts available at my fingertips and the desire to start my own business, I founded Hardware Guys Inc.

After high school I worked for Hewlett Packard and. This is where I learned how to build computers from scratch, test, and diagnose computers for viruses, mechanical problems, etc. Whatever I didn’t learn on the job was self-taught thru trial and error or from the internet. I built my first custom computer in 2000. After discovering the art of water cooling, I built my first water cooled computer in 2007. In addition, I enjoy playing computer games. In 1995, when I got my first computer, I began playing Doom. Since then, I have played Half Life, Quake, Everquest, and currently World of WarCraft. Over the years, having a top of the line gaming computer has become a necessity.
